About LJC General Services

Luis, his crew, and the Cheyenne punch list

A handyman people call back

LJC General Services is Luis and the crew that works with him. The work runs across four lines: handyman repairs, remodeling, interior and exterior painting with deck and fence refinishing, and trash removal. You can see the range on the services page and in the project gallery, from a stained deck to a rockscape bed to laminate flooring.

What people write about is how the job went. Rebecca Lowe had a project finish on budget and ahead of schedule, and said she will be calling again on the next one. Lucille Norwood hired Luis twice. The pattern across the reviews is the same: he hears the idea first, the price is fair, and the crew leaves the place tidy.

“Luis listened to my ideas respectfully, I felt heard! All crew members were courteous and considerate.”

Timing comes up as often as craft. One customer wrote that the crew arrived on time and as scheduled, with good communication and coordination. Another, Walker Arrington, put it in five words on the LJC website: quick service at good price.

There is no price list here because every job is different. A sticking storm door, a fence that needs staining and a room of old flooring are three different quotes, and Luis gives them one at a time. Tell him the whole list on the contact page or by phone and the visit can be planned around all of it.

How a job runs, start to sweep-up

This is the order customers describe, taken from their own words. It is the same whether the job is a patio repair or a repaint.

  1. Listen

The job starts with your idea. Lucille Norwood wrote that Luis listened to her ideas respectfully and that she felt heard.

  2. Quote

Quotes come on request, per job. Brandon Starkey tells anyone who needs handyman work to contact Luis and ask for one.

  3. Work

The crew arrives as scheduled and works efficiently. One homeowner had a storm door and a wind-damaged patio fixed very quickly.

  4. Clean up

Two separate reviews mention the finish: a thorough job of clean up, and a clean and complete repair.

Rebecca Lowe summed up the result: the project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, with friendly people to work with. If you have a deck, a fence, a floor or a wall in mind, read how each trade is handled on the services page, then ask for a quote.
